Seventh is a residential construction company focused on full rehabs.

We take properties from tear-out to final finish and run the job the way it’s supposed to be run. Demo, framing, mechanicals, drywall, trim, paint — we operate as turnkey contractors, keeping the property moving and making sure the work is done properly the first time. We stay on top of the details, keep the site organized, and push the job forward until it’s complete.

How Seventh started..
The founder of Seventh developed his operating approach in the UK while working in high-pressure residential construction environments. Early in his career, he managed complex large-scale delivery, including a 54-home development valued at approximately £95M, where tight coordination and disciplined execution were critical.

He later worked on multi-phase projects with Berkeley Group, including developments exceeding £1B in value. At the same time, he continued running renovation and flip projects independently, refining his approach in real-world conditions — not classrooms or theory.
​
After relocating to the US, that same operating discipline was applied to residential renovation and production management. By tightening oversight, improving coordination, and enforcing accountability, projects scaled from under 20 per year to more than 50 annually without sacrificing quality.

Today, that experience forms the foundation of how Seventh operates — structured, accountable, and built to prevent delays, confusion, and unnecessary disputes.
